Concept Design - 2017

T+AA has designed 4 Townhouses that are conceived as alternative living environments for the owner/occupier.

Situated in the inner north suburb of Turner and within walking distance to Civic, Braddon and the future light rail on Northbourne Avenue. The townhouse designs are over 3 floors, with the living spaces located on the first floor. This level flows on to terraces with direct north facing orientation. Three of the townhouse designs provide the option of personal lifts, connecting all three floor levels. The inclusion of lifts provides great ‘aging in place’ opportunities. Private garages on the ground floor with direct internal access provide high security and ease of access.
